2. What Data We Process
When using our services, we may process the following personal data:
- Email address (contact form, business communication)
- First and last name (if you provide them in the contact form)
- Phone number (if you provide it)
- Answers in the qualification form before booking a call (company size, urgency, accounting system, main problem)
- IP address and technical data (cookies, analytics)
- Information about your browser and device
As part of providing financial management services, we also process client financial data as a processor (bank statements, accounting data, invoicing details). The processing of this data is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

- Preliminary assessment of service suitability before booking a call
- Providing financial management services (performance of the contract)

5. Data Recipients and Processors
Your data may be shared with the following processors:
- Supabase Inc. – database and authentication (AWS servers in the EU, region eu-west-1 / Irsko)
- Netlify, Inc. – hosting and delivery of the website and portal application (CDN)
- Formspree Inc. – processing of contact forms
- Cloudflare, Inc. – Turnstile form protection and website security layer
- Google LLC – Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics)
- LinkedIn Corporation (Microsoft) – LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising effectiveness measurement and retargeting)
- Cal.com Inc. – consultation booking
All processors are bound by data protection contractual terms in compliance with GDPR. Client data is stored exclusively on servers in the EU (AWS, region eu-west-1 / Irsko).
6. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for the period strictly necessary:
- Contact forms: 2 years from the last contact
- Qualification answers before booking a call: 90 days, unless they convert into a collaboration
- Client contractual data: for the duration of the contract + 30 days (then securely deleted)
- Accounting documents: 10 years (statutory obligation)
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4)
- Cookies: according to your browser settings and the type of cookie

- To access your personal data
- To rectify inaccurate data
- To erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
- To restriction of processing
- To data portability
- To object to processing
- To withdraw consent to processing
