These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the provider of the numericky.cz service (hereinafter the "provider") and the client (hereinafter the "client") in the use of digital financial management services.

The provider offers digital financial management services (CFO as a Service), which include:
The specific scope of services depends on the selected plan (Digital Analyst, Digital Manager, Digital CFO) specified in the cooperation agreement.
The contractual relationship arises upon signature of the cooperation agreement by both parties. Before the agreement is concluded, a non-binding consultation (discovery call) takes place, during which the provider and the client jointly assess the suitability of the cooperation.
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it with a 30-day notice period, in writing (by email or letter). After the cooperation ends, the provider will ensure the export of all of the client's processed data in a commonly used format.
The provider bears no liability for the client's business decisions made on the basis of the analyses and recommendations provided. The service is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute binding financial advice within the meaning of the Act on Capital Market Undertakings.
In the event of dissatisfaction with the quality of the service, the client has the right to submit a complaint by email to martin.parizek@numericky.cz. The provider undertakes to assess the complaint and respond within 5 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to update these terms, and will inform the client of any changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
These terms and conditions take effect on 10 February 2026. The current version is always available on this page.
